Interactive demonstrations of some of the work by the speakers will be available to experience on Monday 13th September (11:00 to 17:00) and Wednesday 15th September (10:00 to 16:00) in the Sculpture Court, Edinburgh College of Art.

During these two days, (Monday 13th September, 11:00 - 17:00 and Wednesday 15th Spetember, 10:00 - 16:00) there will be demonstration of some of the interactive programmes that are being presented at the Symposium on Tuesday 14th.

These will include:

‘interactive portrait’ by Beverley Hood

Haptic (touch) computing system’ by Tacitus Project (Ann Marie Shillito, Mark Wright and David Gauldie)

Artist Claude Heath has been invited to explore 3D sketching using the Tacitus Project’s haptic application and to give a reflective presentation of this experience at the symposium. www.paulkasmingallery.com
