Staff Research Profiles

I have exhibited and produced on paper and fabric innovative designs for fashion, furnishing print. I have also sold work in Europe, the USA and Japan to well known designers/companies within the fashion textile industry including Dorothe Bis and Dominique Peclair in Paris, Saxs Fifth Avenue, Henri Bendel, J Crew, Echo Scarves, Ellen Tracy, Jones, The Limited, Gitano Swimwear and August Silks in New York, and Jean Ewing Designs, Los Angeles.

Collaborative projects within the Department, live briefs and submissions to National and International competitions have been expanded giving students the invaluable experience of self and team directed activity, transferable skills, design direction, time management, client contact and presentation skills. This practice has led to major competition successes, producing innovative, employable graduates who have an in-depth understanding of the Fashion, Textiles and Performance Costume world, which has in turn raised the profile of eca students within the design community.
