Irwell Sculpture Trail, Bury, Greater Manchester.

This output consists of two related site specific projects as part of a series of large scale international projects curated by Tony Trehy in 2007 at the Irwell Sculpture Trail. Other artists included Ulrich Rückriem, Maurizio Nanucci and Lawrence Wiener. A related publication (Northern Mirror: The Ambivalence, ISBN 0 9538915 50) includes texts by an international group of curators, and critics including Charles Esche, Thomas Lange, and Murdo MacDonald. My part of the project was part funded by the AHRC through their Research Leave Scheme. Both sites had a large number of visitors. The museum project was without a defined space as the works were installed amongst the general collection. Commissioned by Bury Museum, Manchester. Value £70000.
