Title
Mapping research priorities for green and public urban space in the UK
Type
Journal Article
Journal/Volume No.
Urban Forestry & Urban Greening Vol 6
Output Details
This paper was equally co-authored in an international peer-reviewed journal. The paper presents the findings of a project to map existing and future research into public and green space (with an emphasis on green space), to identify gaps in research in order to help set priorities for research and to develop a searchable database where all available research can be accessed and examined freely and interactively. This database is the only one existing at the moment in UK that concentrates on material related to green space.
The project was carried out by staff at the OPENspace research centre based at Edinburgh College of Art and Heriot-Watt University on behalf of the then Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM).
