The Morton Fraser Edinburgh College of Art Fashion Show 2008

May's annual fashion show was another sell-out success, with four shows for the public and two performances for Scottish schools.

The following awards were presented at the closing show:

  • The Morton Fraser Award for Best Fashion Graduate: Abyssinia Solitt-Davies
  • The Morton Fraser Award for Best Performance Costume Graduate: Alexandra Wood
  • The Lochcarron of Scotland Award for Creative Tailoring and Accessories: Samantha McCoach
  • The Stewart Parvin Award for Best Third Year Fashion Student: Joseph McGhee
  • The Incorporation of Bonnetmakers and Dyers of Edinburgh Award for Best Use of Colour in Fashion Textiles: Lynn Crombie

DVDs of the Show are available to purchase from the College. Please email the External Relations department for details.

The final year fashion students will now head to Graduate Fashion Week in London to present their work to industry, press and public, on the catwalk.
