The Centre for Continuing Studies (CCS) at Edinburgh College of Art offers part-time lifelong learning in art and design that aims to bring each individual to highest levels they can reach and to do it in a welcoming environment. CCS is committed to providing opportunities for the study of art and design whatever your stage in life or personal circumstances.

We provide a range of part-time study options throughout the academic year as well as a programme of week long intensive courses during in July and August. The courses are offered for students of all ages and levels of ability and include a range of portfolio preparation courses for students hoping to apply to any art college.

The Centre offers a supportive environment where students can meet like-minded people who want to learn, be creative, have fun and discover new skills, talents and depths within themselves.
