Edinburgh Cast Collection - Research, Conservation, Interpretation

As part of our fund-raising campaign to cover the cost of the conservation, interpretation and presentation of College’s historic cast collection, we are able to offer unique plaster and bronze replicas of some of our casts.

The replicas are made locally with moulds taken from some of our most prized casts, and are individually tinted and finished by distinguished Edinburgh artists. Replicas are available in a number of different finishes for a small extra charge: white with a wax finish (£40), bronze patina in various tints (£60), black paint (£50), gilded or other special finishes (price on application). The casts can be made either for indoors (gypsum plaster) or for outdoors (Lithomex) display. We may also accept special commissions for new moulds.

The prices include free delivery within the Edinburgh area. Deliveries outwith Edinburgh may incur an extra charge.

Once you're ready to buy, print out our Order Form and post it to us - the address is right on the form.

If you would like to contribute to the Collection without purchasing a replica, please print out this form and post it to Secretary's Office, Edinburgh College of Art, 74 Lauriston Place, Edinburgh, EH3 9DF. If you would prefer to arrange a meeting, please contact Michael Wood on 0131 221 6040 or write to Centenary Philanthropists, Secretary's Office, Edinburgh College of Art, EH3 9DF.
