Application forms
All external candidates must complete a standard application form when applying for a vacancy unless an alternative is specifically stated. Please note CVs are not accepted.

Equal opportunities
An Equal Opportunities form is included as part of the standard application form and should also be completed, but this is used for statistical monitoring purposes only and is removed and held separately before the shortlist for interview is selected. Applicants may refuse to give information on the Equal Opportunities form without affecting their chance of becoming employed.

Please note that all appointments are subject to satisfactory employment references, medical report, the College being able to employ you without contravening the Immigration and Asylum Act 1996, and an enhanced Disclosure Scotland certificate.

Submitting your application
Applications for vacancies at Edinburgh College of Art can be submitted either online to jobs@eca.ac.uk or by post to the human resources department.

Once the vacancy has closed, all application forms will be forwarded to the recruiting line manager for shortlisting. All applicants will be contacted once the shortlisting process has been completed, with successful candidates being invited to an interview.
